"I was looking to have a book printed. Most companies advertised cheap printing. When I ran into your site, I was apprehensive because you were cheaper than any other. Half the price of some. We were happy with the digital proof so we approved the printing. When we received the books, we were overwhelmed. The old photos looked better than our originals. They were scans of some old scans and since the collection we used was destroyed, these are the only remaining copies. Your customer service is second to none. We found 2 errors and there was no problem resolving the issues. Everyone who has seen the 396 page book has been impressed. Needless to say, if we do it again we will not have to shop around. "We print our event programs, and the quality is excellent. I like that we can go into our account, and duplicate the settings from a previous order - I'm never wondering what paper I used for the cover, etc. A huge bonus - I can create the program in a single page format, and it is printed correctly as a booklet. I can't tell you the time that I used to spend trying to format the booklet correctly to ensure the pages ended up in the correct order when printed on an 11x17 sheet.
