"I created a document 5x7 because that was the size we were going to do. Then docucopies had 8x5.5 (half sheets) for the same price. After submitting we received an email within 10 minutes about the sizing issue with a link to a digital proof we needed to accept or had the ability to change. That was great. It could have turned out really bad and would have been my fault. But instead docucopies got out in front of it to make sure I was aware before printing.
