"This was a great find. Pricing was competitive and you were able to print on the exact color cardstock I currently use. I now have a full year's supply of this item and don't have to hope that the office supply store has the color and weight of the paper I need in stock. "Your site felt a little overwhelming at first, but once I started using it I was able to navigate easily. I liked how the website recommended a different quality of paper once I entered that I wanted the brochures scored and folded. I liked having the option to order a hard copy proof - I was apprehensive about ordering a large quantity without knowing how the quality would be since I was a first time customer. I reviewed the proof and emailed my approval to begin production...but then noticed a typo I had made! Even after my siblings and I had proofed it sooo many times! So I panicked and immediately sent another email saying "Wait!" A nice lady replied very quickly assuring me they hadn't started printing yet and would wait for me to upload a corrected copy. "I created a document 5x7 because that was the size we were going to do. Then docucopies had 8x5.5 (half sheets) for the same price. After submitting we received an email within 10 minutes about the sizing issue with a link to a digital proof we needed to accept or had the ability to change. That was great. It could have turned out really bad and would have been my fault. But instead docucopies got out in front of it to make sure I was aware before printing.
