"Even when things don't go right, Docucopies' staff seems to bend over backwards to accommodate their customers. My booklets had to be in my hand on a particular day...and I neglected to note my deadline in the production notes, so my order wasn't processed immediately. (It actually says on the website to note when you need the order.) I panicked when I realized the order wouldn't get to me in time, so I called and talked to a REAL HUMAN PERSON without having to go through a digital menu and I was able to pay for next day delivery. Unfortunately UPS lost my package and it didn't arrived until two days later. As soon as I called docucopies, they checked the tracking # and saw that the package was delayed and immediately credited my charge card for the overnight shipping charge. The job was shipped quickly and the binding and finishing looked great but the printing was grey and simply not dark enough for a professional looking publication. When I called Annie she was incredibly nice and said she'd look into it. The next day she returned my call, agreed that the printing could be much better and had the booklet reprinted and reshipped.
