"Great experience! Easy enough to understand. I wasn't sure about the photo quality, since it was off my phone, but it printed out well. The quality of the print job/paper was very good. Delivery was delayed a couple of days, but we were evacuated due to a wildfire, so they couldn't have delivered it then anyways! Plus, the shipping was free. NO complaints. GREAT job everyone! "Your team was incredible! The cover I submitted was not exactly right. They could have printed it anyway, but they checked with me so that I could improve it. Twice they emailed me and asked if I wanted to change something. But even greater than that was that they still shipped the book in a speedy time. I had mentioned that I really needed them by a certain date, but to just do the best that they could since I had to keep making changes. I did not expect to get it when it was originally scheduled because I kept messing up and delayed their printing. They went over and above, and I got the books at exactly the right time anyway!
