"Uprinting.com only offers stapling for documents 8 pages or longer. I really appreciated that y'all offered stapling for a 2-sheet document. I didn't opt for the stapling because I needed to save money on this order. However, it was awesome to know that you could offer it. Same with printing artwork up to the border. Uprinting only offered printing with the bleed on very heavy, more expensive paper. I like that I could get a less expensive paper and not have to deal with the white border. "I received our batch of newsletters last week and wanted to express how pleased I've been with Docucopies these past few years. I intended to email someone on your management or executive team, but the only email I could locate on the website is "info@docucopies.com". Would you please pass along this positive feedback? I was initially very wary about using an online printing company for our project because I was accustomed to brick-and-mortor printing shops in my local neighborhood and the lack of in-person customer service. But these on-site printers were all too expensive and our non-profit organization's budget required that we seek out alternatives for the future. I was referred by another Docucopies customer and have been so glad that we decided to give you guys a try. I appreciate being able to order products at any time of the day via the internet, the lower cost of online printing, the easy and clear order form to select my options and instantly assess how each feature influences the total charge, the simple file uploading process and the monthly advertised discounts. I was glad to receive the booklet of paper samples and I always order a proof to check printing specifics and to receive approvals on my end, which has made the online process much more reassuring and efficient. In addition, every time I've had a question about the proof, I've simple made a phone call and have never had to wait to speak directly to someone who can assist. In particular, Kara has been a great help and is pleasant to speak with about my technical issues. She is knowledgeable, professional, patient, courteous, and responds very quickly to my follow up emails. She has always managed to solve our problems, work with her team to enhance whatever aspects of our project that she can and give sound advice about how to better prepare our files. I can always trust that things will be perfect in the final version whenever she has managed our account and taken care of any minor details in our proofs. Thank you again for making the printing process headache-free and easy to achieve. The only request I have is to speed up turnaround times once orders are submitted and proof approvals are submitted, if possible, so we wouldn't have to eagerly wait for days for our proof and another week to receive our final product (though we can't complain about the free shipping!). Other than that, you folks are doing a fantastic job and I couldn't be more pleased. And many, many thanks for offering collation of our newsletter without extra charges now. Having to wait for shipping is sometimes an issue if I need a project turned around quickly. But the issue is usually with my ability to plan ahead. "This is a total testament to using Docucopies. I had a Makerfest happening Sat morning. It's Thursday morning & I need postcards printed. I try to support local so I call nearby FEDEX. The quote for 250 postcards double-sided was $459! I expected to pay but not that! My local brander didn't even know who. I thought why not try calling you. Reached Amy and she had the answers. This last order was on a normal time schedule, so I got to see actual costs vs expedited. I must say the quality of the product you produce is excellent, and I have not been disappointed at all.
