"I have only used you twice, four years apart. Then and now my comments are the same. Great support - fast response, patient with both my dumb questions and my other questions as well. Site is very easy to use once you become familiar with the printing lingo, but I did need help to complete my order. (The help was prompt, fast and easy). They promptly sent me sample of similar work, to help me choose paper, covers, binding, etc. THIS WAS A HUGE PLUS WHEN I PLACED MY FIRST ORDER and way better than local printers. You gave me next day shipment of my proof, which was identical to the final product.
