"I was blown away at how beautiful the recipe book I had printed turned out. It is top-notch. And compared with other self-printing sites, the cost was about half. I had a bit of trouble understanding page layout for cover and Anne explained how it works on phone. I had a couple changes after reviewing the first online layout, made them, and was sent another draft to review and approve. "My first order was completed in early 2014 while I wintered in Florida. It was a small project for the residents at the resort. I was very pleased with how easy it was to submit an order. Ann was very helpful in answering any questions on selections of paper, covers etc.. I again did another small family project in 2017. Again I was very pleased with the quality and services received. My last family project was just completed and received. I made a correction to the proof which was missed at the printing setting. I notified Docucopies of the error. I was notified shortly after that a new order for a reprint was in process. The new replacement order would be shipped with no additional cost to me. No projects appears to big or to small for Docucopies. The last two projects were ordered from Canada, and again the process was very easy, including tracking ,UPS, and Customs.
