"I was in search of a professional printer for a family history I wrote and came across Docucopies on online. Its website depicted the type of product I had in mind, and I liked that I could get a job estimate online without committing. With this being my first experience with a printer, I had some hesitancy about the results. I liked that I could order a proof copy to answer any reservations I had I couldn't have been more happy with the proof copy and committed to a full printing. Annie D. worked with me on a few questions I had, including her catching an apparent error in my final input. She held up printing until that was resolved. The price seemed reasonable to me, but I honestly had no prior reference point. Given the high quality of the product and the ease of communication with Docucopies reps (one other than Annie D. I don't recall), I concluded I received value for my money.
