"I would use Docucopies again in a heartbeat. I visited many other websites comparing prices and Docucopies won by a wide margin not just in price but in options. "I was in search of a professional printer for a family history I wrote and came across Docucopies on online. Its website depicted the type of product I had in mind, and I liked that I could get a job estimate online without committing. With this being my first experience with a printer, I had some hesitancy about the results. I liked that I could order a proof copy to answer any reservations I had I couldn't have been more happy with the proof copy and committed to a full printing. Annie D. worked with me on a few questions I had, including her catching an apparent error in my final input. She held up printing until that was resolved. The price seemed reasonable to me, but I honestly had no prior reference point. Given the high quality of the product and the ease of communication with Docucopies reps (one other than Annie D. I don't recall), I concluded I received value for my money. "My first order was completed in early 2014 while I wintered in Florida. It was a small project for the residents at the resort. I was very pleased with how easy it was to submit an order. Ann was very helpful in answering any questions on selections of paper, covers etc.. I again did another small family project in 2017. Again I was very pleased with the quality and services received. My last family project was just completed and received. I made a correction to the proof which was missed at the printing setting. I notified Docucopies of the error. I was notified shortly after that a new order for a reprint was in process. The new replacement order would be shipped with no additional cost to me. No projects appears to big or to small for Docucopies. The last two projects were ordered from Canada, and again the process was very easy, including tracking ,UPS, and Customs.
