"Excellent service and product - five stars! I spoke with a person to see if a page number could be removed from the last page, which would become the back cover of a 124 page booklet. That person (wish I could remember his name) looked at my submission and said something like "we'll take care of it." And you (he) did. A minor detail, but important in the result. This was my first experience with on-line printing services, and I have already recommended your product to several friends. A minor thing I might change has nothing to do with quality: with that many pages (124, which I think was the max allowed) maybe the saddle stitch binding was not the best way, b/c the result is a bit too thick to fold flat. This "booklet" was an edited transcription of a family member's life-long involvement with flying and his service in the Air Force during WWII. It culminates a multi-decade project beginning with cassette tape recordings. I was a bit unsure how this printing process would work out, but it is absolutely well done. "I have published five longer hardcover books at great expense, and am glad I did, but since I published those I have had ideas for several shorter ones that I wanted to just distribute to a few family members. A couple of those are spiral bound with 60-70 pages, but I didn't have as much material for the most recent one, so the stapled version seemed like a good choice, and it was.
