"We originally chose DocuCopies because the pricing was far more reasonable than the big-box options, and they were able to work within a very tight timeline. Honestly, I expected to sacrifice something, either print quality or ease of ordering, but I was pleasantly surprised on every front. The online process felt incredibly smooth and supportive. I designed our notebooks in Canva, and their website provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions to make sure my design transferred correctly to print. I knew exactly what I was ordering and what to expect all the way down to the paper type. When the finished notebooks arrived, I was stunned. They looked exactly like what I created. The quality was even better than I hoped for, especially given our short turnaround time. What really stood out to me was how effortless the whole experience was. Their online system is so well designed even the shipping timeline and pricing was laid out in the most simple and easy to understand way. I never felt that I needed to call anyone to make sure it would arrive on time or ensure that what I was ordering would be what I actually needed, but I left the process confident that if I did reach out, I’d be talking to someone who actually cares about getting things right. They are exactly the notebooks I envisioned! Beautifully printed, great quality, and perfectly aligned with my design.
