Stapled booklets are a great option for your custom catalogs. It's generally the least expensive binding, yet the durability and professional quality will live up to its intended use. For professional-grade catalogs we recommend at least the 28/70# Laser White Smooth. If you want gloss, try the 32/80# or 100# Glossy Text.

With stapled catalogs, the printers print on larger sheets, then fold and staple on the spine to create the final product. This is why page counts go in multiples of 4.
