Binder dividers make navigating your printed materials a piece of cake. Custom tab dividers for binders and books help readers locate specific sections of content effortlessly. This makes printed tabs popular for reference materials, training books, cookbooks and more.

Divider tabs are protected by a Gen2 Trilar® coating to help resist tearing, bending and curling.

Tab Divider Quick Facts:

    5 divider tabs span the right side from top to bottom before repeating.

    Additional tabs beyond 5 start over from Position 1.Binder tab dividers come in banks of 5.
  • Print on just the divider tabs or the whole sheet for the same price.
    Upload graphics for whole-sheet printing in the shopping cart.
  • Tabs stick out 0.5" (making the total width 9x11" at the tab area).
  • Organize or add new sections to your binder presentations.
  • Resist bending and tearing with Gen2 Trilar® coating (tab portion only).
  • Available with 3-hole drilling / other punching on request*.

Please note that Bleeds are not available for binder dividers. This is when printing extends right to the edge of the sheet with no blank margin.

While stick-on tabs make useful page dividers for hand-written materials like class notebooks, professionals prefer custom-printed binder dividers for their presentations. This ensures readability, consistency and professionalism.

Custom tab dividers are great for training books, catalogs, cookbooks, or any time someone wants easy access to a specific section of your book. Readers can easily locate the content they need, grab the printed tab and go straight to that section.

Page Divider Drilling / Punching

Tab divider sheets are most commonly ordered with 3-hole drilling for binder insertion. If you need pricing for another option, such as Wire-o or Spiral punching, please click Custom Quote Request after filling in your other information. Then let us know what kind of punching or drilling you need.

Can you print divider tabs double-sided?

Due to the nature and most common uses of tabbed divider sheets, we do not offer double-sided tab printing.

What are binder separators?

Page dividers, binder tabs and separators are different names for the same product. These are card stock sheets which are inserted at defined intervals in 3-ring binders and books. The tab portion sticks out beyond the rest of the content and is labeled with text. This separates your content into clear sections or chapters to make it more convenient for quick reference.

Divider tabs are popular for training books, business manuals, cookbooks, journals, planners, and more.

Can I print on the body of the divider sheet or just the tabs?

We can print on the body of the sheet itself at no additional cost. Just make sure to upload your artwork in the shopping cart.

Can binder tabs be printed with bleeds?

Because these come pre-cut to the 5-bank tab size, we're not able to print binder dividers with bleeds. Bleeds require us to print on larger paper and trim off the edges.

What weight of card stock are section dividers?

Our tab dividers are 90# Index, which is roughly equivalent to 65# Cover stock.
